Jill and Patty recently attended an outstanding 4-day educational event which was sponsored by our partner, Redken. "Fuel your Passion" was a program designed and taught by Redken's dynamic Global Artistic Director, Kris Sorbie. She shared many unique tricks-of-the-trade, as well as a new, fresh approach to create change and expertly evolve any look.

The attendees were invited to revitalize their creative thinking and perspective on hair design through conceptual exercises involving hair cutting, coloring, editorial styling, and advanced hair "dressing" or updos. As a team, Jill and Patty were energized with a deeper understanding of trends in fashion, how they relate to hairstyling and how to translate these looks to meet our guests’ needs.

Our own in-salon educator, Dawn Wills was also present as a program facilitator. Her input and skill was greatly appreciated. She was a valuable asset to this class and in turn adds her professionalism and energy to our salon.

It was an inspiring experience that will fuel the whole salon with new energy and creativity! We were honored to be a part of it!
