| Spa Cancellation Policy | |
| As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid full treatment cost. |

| Scheduling | |
| Our scheduling is designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to complete your service. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to change and relax before your treatment (salon services included) regretfully, a late arrival will decrease the length of your treatment. To avoid delaying the next guest, your service will end at the time originally scheduled. When scheduling your appointment please have your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card available to hold your reservation. For your convenience, Somers Salon & Spa provides lockers, Spa wardrobe as well as beverages and light snacks. |
